How Many People can the Property Accommodate? 

The maximum occupancy is 4. The property has a master bedroom, with ensuite shower room, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower bath. 

Are Children Welcome? 

Children are welcome at No.9. The front of the property has steep ground and unprotected edges which may not be suitable for very young children. Please contact us for more information. 

Are Dogs Allowed? 

Dogs are welcome at No.9 under strict guidelines. Please read our T&C’s for staying with dogs before making your booking.

Is there Parking? 

There is sufficient parking for up to 3 cars. 

How is the House Heated? 

The property, which is super-insulted, is heated using the latest air source heat pump technology with additional panel heaters, in the bedrooms, and a wood burning stove in the open plan area. 

What Facilities do you have in the Kitchen? 

Our kitchen is well equipped for all forms of catering with a Neff slide & hide oven, an AEG induction hob, Lusso boiling water tap, microwave, food processing appliances & a Sage coffee machine. 

What Laundry Facilities are Available? 

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room, an indoor drying rack and outside clothes line. 

Is there Wifi? 

The property has a 4G mobile hub which boosts mobile signals and provides sufficient internet speed to stream Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Do you provide Linen and Towels? 

All bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. 

Is No.9 available for photo shoots?

No.9 and its grounds are available to hire for brand photo shoots. Please enquire for further information.
